By registering with Swancreekauction.com, a bidder is committing to the following rules and regulations by placing a bid on an auction item:

1)      Should a bidder place the highest bid on an item, they are obligated to pay the said amount in exchange for the said service. 

2)      At the end of the auction, payment will be accepted in the form of cash or personal check to the intended recipient.  Credit cards will not be accepted as an appropriate form of payment.

3)      By entering a bid, a bidder is committing to a formal contract.  Failure to comply with the said bid amount will result in: Failure to do so can result in A) The removal of the bid or B) prosecution.

The Swan Creek Auction team reserves the right to refuse a bid in any circumstances.

4)      Bids may not be retracted in any way.

5)      Should a bidder be outbid for an item, they are hereby released from their contractual obligation, except in the case where an auction winner fails to comply with his contract and the auction item is therefore awarded to the next highest bidder.

6)      Auction winners are not allowed to transfer their item to another party.  Sale of these items is not permitted outside of Swancreekauction.com.
